We do everything possible to accommodate the unique needs of all our beautiful clients. As a leading team of professional skincare experts, we know you may have questions about the various services we provide. To help ensure an optimal experience, we’ve created a simple policy guide so you feel safe, comfortable, and cared for along your beauty journey.

Appointment Policy:

We request you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment at our Malden spa. If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, please provide 24 hours’ advance notice. In some cases, we may request a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:

Our client’s time is precious. While we know delays can happen, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule so we can maintain our busy book of return, referral, and future clientele.

Payment Policy:

We are happy to accept all forms of modern payment, including major credit cards and cash. We do require full payment at the time of service.

Refund Policy:

All services are final. If you feel unsatisfied with any of our excellent skincare and facial treatments, please let us know immediately. Your satisfaction is crucial to our success as a thriving business.

Health and Safety:

Please take advantage of our consultation to inform our team of any potential health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making an appointment. We follow a strict hygiene protocol so all our clients feel safe in a space promoting quality well-being and health.

Privacy Policy:

Every client is 100% treated to absolute privacy. All your personal information is kept secure so you can visit our luxurious Malden location worry-free.

Gift Certificate Policy:

We are happy to provide gift certificates to clients for any of our services and products. We do request they be presented at the time of service. Please note these are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Right to Refuse Service:

On rare occasions, we will meet a client who may not be a good fit for our relaxing spa. Lux Spa and Laser reserves the right to refuse service in times that prevent us from maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for our clients and staff.
